Mr. Vivek Kumar Singh is a visionary entrepreneur, business leader, and education strategist with over two decades of experience in advancing higher education, professional learning, and organisational growth. His leadership has been instrumental in developing educational ecosystems that foster academic excellence, strengthen industry-academia collaboration, and equip learners with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to succeed in a rapidly evolving global economy. With a strong focus on strategic growth, digital transformation, and lifelong learning, he continues to champion initiatives that enhance student outcomes and improve educational accessibility.

Brandon Mooney holds the position of Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager and joined Shore United Bank in December 2023. As a Commercial Relationship Manager, Brandon is responsible for commercial loan growth, prospecting for new business and servicing existing clients. Brandon has been in the financial industry since 1991 holding various positions that include Branch Management, Business Banking Relationship Management and Specialty Lending for the SBA. He also held a Series 6, 63 and Insurance licenses during his position as Financial Advisor.

Brandon is originally from New York and traveled extensively with his family while his father served in the United States Air Force. Brandon is very active in the community that he serves, he is a member of the Chamber of Commerce (Charles, St. Mary’s & Calvert), Leonardtown Rotary and volunteers his time with the American Legion, Wreaths Across America, and the Charlotte Hall Veterans Home.

Dr. Naveen Urs is a Senior Attending Radiologist at Tapion Hospital and Gable Woods Medical Centre in Saint Lucia, where he provides leadership in diagnostic and interventional radiology. He brings over 35 years of experience in the medical field, with a career spanning India and the Caribbean, including prior leadership roles in major hospitals in Bangalore, India.

Dr. Urs completed his MBBS and Doctorate in Radiology in India and holds a fellowship in Endovascular and Interventional Radiology. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the advancement of radiology services, including the introduction of modern imaging technologies in the Caribbean, and remains actively involved in medical education and community healthcare initiatives.

Mark Giuliano, MSW is a nationally recognized leader in crisis response system development and a member of the Board of Directors for Birchwood University. With more than 30 years of experience across mental health, substance use, and the criminal justice system, he brings extensive expertise in systems innovation, public service, and higher education.

He has spent over two decades providing training, technical assistance, and program development to agencies nationwide, with a focus on integrated crisis response models, including Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) programs, 911 diversion strategies, and cross-system partnerships that connect individuals to community-based care.

Mr. Giuliano has served for more than 20 years as an adjunct professor at Monroe University and previously taught at Iona University, bridging real-world practice with academic instruction.

He previously served over 30 years with the Westchester County Department of Community Mental Health, where he led the development of diversion, re-entry, and coordinated care initiatives.

He currently serves as Director of the Institute for Police, Mental Health, and Community Collaboration, advancing crisis response systems through training, policy, and cross-sector collaboration.

Christine Alemany is a go-to-market operator and systems architect with over 20 years of experience managing $3B+ P&Ls and contributing to six successful exits. Leveraging an engineering foundation, she specializes in remediating operational friction to drive enterprise value.

Following senior roles at Citi, Dell, and IBM, Christine founded Thrv Advisors to modernize the growth infrastructure for AI, SaaS and fintech firms. Notably, she advised General Assembly on building their enterprise business leading to its $412.5M acquisition and architected the GTM engine for UnitedLex. In addition to her role at Careerera, she chairs the Columbia Business School (CBS) Women’s Circle and serves on the Fast Company Executive Board.

Victor Ricslit CPA is the founder/CEO of VECO, CPAs & Advisors, a leading certified public accountancy firm headquartered in Washington, D.C.. Victor brings over twenty-five years of experience from the public accountancy and financial services industries.

He led a finance and accounting team at a major multi-billion-dollar joint-venture energy project in the United Kingdom and has, over the last decade, provided financial, consultancy, and audit services to for-profit and nonprofit organizations across the United States.
