The thing that stood out at me most was the rapid response time of the university's support. If I had questions about course content, clarification about an exam or administrative issues, the student support team was very prompt and professional— even occasionally within 24 hours. This degree of responsiveness established a reliable and student-centered context for learning, particularly in a fully online or remote learning context. Their preparedness to dig and make sure things were resolved satisfactorily played an incredibly important role in my academic success and happiness. Feedback for Improvement: I had a great experience, but one would hope that there was more industry recognition (industry cert vouchers like CompTIA, or partnerships with cybersecurity vendors like CompTIA, Google, Cisco, and EC-Council) available. The integration of optional certification test prep material directly into the curriculum will give students an additional hiring advantage after graduation.
